The Interconnectedness of All Life: Intro to Insight Dialogue

We often perceive ourselves as separate from the deeply relational universe we live in, and when we suffer, our reaction is to increase that separation. The Buddha taught a path to freedom that recognizes the interdependence of all things. By accepting this interdependence, we learn to see clearly the conditions that give rise to our suffering and the wise path to follow.
Through the practice of Insight Dialogue, we can start this journey by letting go of our attachment to self and others, and by fully embracing whatever is present in each moment. Join us for a weekend at Sirius, and intentional community nestled in the woodlands of Shutesbury, MA.
