The Buddha taught a path to freedom that recognizes the interdependence of all things. By accepting this interdependence\, we learn to see clearly the conditions that give rise to our suffering and the wise path to follow. \nThrough the practice of Insight Dialogue\, we can start this journey by letting go of our attachment to self and others\, and by fully embracing whatever is present in each moment.
