Mushroom Workshop Led by Jan Rolin

Jan Rolin from Mycoterra Farm, S. Deerfield will be leading a mushroom workshop. Guests will get to explore different methods of mushroom cultivation, how to prepare and cook mushrooms, and learn all about the medicinal benefits that mushrooms have to offer. Participants will have a hands on experience and even get to take away their very own grow kit!
