We’re starting up our monthly Village dinners again! These events are open to neighbors, old friends, and anyone curious about our community!
Our next Village Dinner will be a potluck on Saturday February 24th, 2024! The same day, we have other happenings that folks are welcome to attend. More information about the upcoming potluck and other activities below:
- See us in action during our weekly community service, known as Joyful Productivity, which happens every Saturday morning from 9-12:30, followed by a Planetary Healing meditation centered on sending prayer and positive affirmations to those in need. If you are able to contribute to community service in the morning, lunch is on us. Otherwise, we ask you to contribute $10 to cover costs.
- After lunch, the sauna will be hot and ready for anyone who would like to get some deep relaxation. It will be available until the end of the day. $10 for the sauna, and $2 to use one of our towels, but you are welcome to bring your own.
- Starting at 6:30, we will begin the potluck with our HearthStone Village – friends, neighbors, and community members who are curious about weaving into our work of community building, ecological sustainability, and harmonious living with all beings. We invite you to contribute either food or money on a sliding-scale basis (pay what feels good to you, suggested donation starting at $5), and to bring as much an abundance of food as you’d like, knowing that you can always take home the leftovers.
- After dinner, we will show the new documentary “The Village of Lovers”, about Tamera “Healing Biotope”, in Portugal – an ecovillage exploring the depths of loving community through polyamory and reciprocity with the natural world. This screening is free, and there will be space available for discussion after the film.
